think that the concept of Democracy can be properly modernized by re-introducing it on the World Wide Web.
The argument being that our interpretation of the concept, as well as our suggestions as to how to apply it, has to be worthwhile, or no one will sign up, and it has to remain worthwhile, or people will quit.
and this in spite of potential information overload, that may overwhelm us, and historical baggage, that may drag us down,
